– Have someone present at the property while the cleaning takes place.
– Keep pets away during the cleaning process.
– If applicable provide any specific instructions to entry / finding your property.
– Payment is due upon completion of the clean. Please ensure you have it ready. Bank details will be provided prior.
– Let us know how you intend to pay, I.e cash or BACs. Bank details will be provided on the day/upon invoice.
– Please ensure there is hot water available, as it is needed during the clean, to soak some of the ovens fittings.
– Please ensure the kitchen sink is empty.
– If you’re moving out of the property, please make us aware of this.
Below are some examples of the pictures we require in order to give you the full and fixed price.
To capture a clear picture of the inside of your oven, ensure the space is well-lit by either turning on the oven light or using an external light source, such as the flash on your camera. Remove any trays or obstructions from the oven’s interior to avoid shadows or unclear visuals.
